Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you have 30 days from your order date to submit a request. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
To start a return/exchange, please contact us here. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item(s) arrive defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund to the original payment method if approved. At this time, we cannot refund original shipping fees or return shipping fees. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
